CGI has an immediate opportunity for a Cybersecurity Solutions Portfolio Leader.

Duration: Full time Permanent role

Location: Canada

The Cybersecurity Solutions Portfolio Leader understands the constantly changing cyber marketplace, identifies solution opportunities, and leads the development of compelling offerings. As a member of a fast-paced and high growth environment, you work closely with practice leaders to drive a portfolio of managed security and consulting offerings from conception to most effective positioning in the market.

Your deep security and technical experience is balanced by a strong sales and marketing mindset that allows you to quickly assess market opportunities, define solutions, package and productize, and optimize go to market initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role bringing together diverse functions, establishing a differentiated market position, and creating speed to value.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Maintains deep cybersecurity technical, business, and market awareness of needs and trends to identify market opportunities.
• Works collaboratively with practice leaders to define and prioritize offerings.
• Accelerates operations, market, and sales readiness for new offerings and manages product development lifecycle.
• Engages key cross-functional stakeholders for most effective packaging and positioning.
• Acts as key market evangelist for portfolio solutions.
• Supports the sales and proposal process.
• Supports vendor engagement and partner strategy.
• Drives and refines product improvements informed by client and sales team feedback.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Minimum of 8 years of cybersecurity experience including prior experience leading or supporting formal product management functions.
• Expert understanding of the cybersecurity market and the challenges faced by organizations.
• Representative balance of business and financial acumen, sales and marketing, and technical experience.
• Record of differentiated packaging, productization, and positioning.
• Proven success in influencing service development programs and client buying processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience in effectively presenting value propositions.
• Experience presenting at all levels of client organizations and other forums.
• Ability to speak, write and communicate clearly and effectively in fluent English.
• Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance of Level 1 (Enhanced Reliability Clearance - ERC).

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in French.
• Relevant security certifications.
• Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance of Level II (Secret).
